Nathan Sawaya: The Art of the Brick
This touring exhibition is the most famous LEGO exhibit in the world. Sawaya, a lawyer turned fine artist. His body of work has set the stage for others to follow him and have LEGO accepted as a fine art medium in art galleries worldwide. The Art of the Brick exhibition has toured over 100 cities in 24 countries and is on CNN’s list of “Must-See” exhibitions. The exhibit features one million LEGO® bricks featured in 130 works of art.

Think Outside the Brick: The Creative Art of LEGO®
Columbus Museum of Art, Ohio
Since 2014, this has been a yearly exhibition put on by the Ohio LEGO User’s Group. “This installation features some familiar Columbus landmarks, as well as some really fun and imaginative scenes, offering something for everyone to enjoy,” said Lydia Simon, the director of marketing and communications for the Columbus Museum of Art.
