We currently only ship in the United States.
- Custom wall decals, in most cases, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns and refunds can only be issued for items returned in the original, unused condition. The decal must be rolled. Do not fold the decal.
- Returns and exchanges are only valid within the Continental U.S.
- Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 45 days of the original purchase date.
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized by an Arts and Bricks representative.
- All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
- Gift certificates are not eligible for refunds.
- Decals that are damaged during installation cannot be returned or exchanged. Arts and Bricks may provide a replacement decal at a discounted rate under our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
- No order can be canceled once it has shipped.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once they have been produced.
- All cancellations must be authorized by an Arts and Bricks representative.
